To successful run and fund Louisville Youth Group's work, we have to track data! If numbers are your thing, this is the volunteer role for you! Data masters will help to ensure that various types of data are properly input into the correct locations in a timely manner, while also monitoring for incomplete or duplicate information. There's also room to help LYG collate, and interpret our data so it can be easily communicated to the community. This positions requires someone trustworthy, who is willing to sign a confidentiality agreement. Some of these positions also include expression LYG's gratitude to our many supporters.

Louisville Youth Group is a safe space for LGBTQIA+ young adults that promotes personal and community growth through relationship building, leadership development, and social justice activism. We are a community of leaders, mentors, and volunteers who accept, affirm and uplift young people regardless of their sexual orientation and gender identity. Our goal is to always grow, learn, and adapt as a way to encourage inclusivity and foster a wide reach of understanding for all.
Description
Louisville Youth Group (LYG) is the primary LGBTQIA+ nonprofit community serving LGBTQIA+ youth in Kentuckiana. We provide a safe space for gender and sexuality diverse young adults to grow their identities, learn leadership skills, and develop the tools needed to both thrive personally and to act as agents of change in their communities.
LYG accomplishes these goals through our primary weekly programming, targeted leadership development opportunities, community partnerships, retreats, and through outreach to local school systems, healthcare agencies, and other groups providing education and care to LGBTQIA+ youth and young adults.
