KEEN virtual programs are a fun opportunity to keep the KEEN Community active and connected. We play games, dance, and laugh with our friends. KEEN Coaches encourage KEEN Athletes to try their best and always celebrate their abilities! & Just like at regular KEEN, every KEEN Virtual session closes with a KEEN Proud Circle where Athletes can share what made them feel Proud of themselves that day.
KEEN Volunteer Leadership opportunities are available now! We love it when KEEN Coaches lead activities like yoga, easy crafts, storytime, silly games, sing-a-longs, and more! Do you have something you would like to teach us? Get creative, share your passion, and have some fun with KEEN.
Please wear clothes that are comfortable doing movement exercising in.

Kids Enjoy Exercise Now (KEEN) is a national, nonprofit volunteer-led organization that provides one-to-one recreational opportunities for children and young adults with mental and physical disabilities at no cost to their families and caregivers. KEEN's mission is to foster the self-esteem, confidence, skills and talents of its athletes through non-competitive activities, allowing young people facing even the most significant challenges to meet their individual goals.
