Quick Overview: Would you like to make a difference in the lives of families during COVID-19? Consider donating items to the Personal Protective Equipment packages we are assembling for families of children and young adults with disabilities.
Mission: Since 1989, Parents' Place has been providing hope and support for families with children with special needs through education and community resources.
Impact: Parents' Place continues to serves as an essential non-profit business during COVID-19. Our service area includes 28 cities throughout the San Gabriel and Pomona Valleys. We do this by providing support to families, sharing vital information & resources for those with disabilities. We are currently in need of essential items for those individuals.
Volunteer Roles and Responsibilities: When you express interest for this opportunity, we will follow up with how to purchase supplies through our Amazon CharityList or how to schedule a donation drop-off.
Urgent Needs: Diapers (Sizes: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 and up), N95s.
Health: Hand Sanitizer, children & adult masks, children and adult gloves.
Baby/Adults: Diapers, Formula
Storage: Ziploc bags (All sizes)
Educational activities: Puzzles (up to 500 pieces), Playdoh, Board Games, Educational Books, Bubbles, Resistance Bands, Sensory Balls (Small, Medium, and Large), Bubbles, Wiki Sticks, Sticker Books, Pop Up Books, Toddler Books, and more (see full list on Amazon)
