This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for talented filmmakers and video producers to make a real social impact with their truly rewarding work.

S/he will play a crucial role helping PARC-Uganda build a powerful framework of stories and evidence on its work in Uganda. S/he will help in making short impact compelling films/ videos and mini project documentaries (as well as case study portraits if possible) for awareness and promotional purposes.

S/he will be responsible for planning, capturing, sound recording, lighting and editing of the films which will help drive action with key audiences.

Supported by PARC-Uganda's Director, s/he will then assist to proactively look for opportunities to help the organisation to reach a broad audience with or using these films/documentaries. In additional to making films, s/he will play an important role building the capacity of PARC's volunteers/staff and primary actors in storytelling.

Partners for Resource and Community Connect (PARC-Uganda), formerly LUHWAHWA YOUTH DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION, is a registered community based, non-profit organization with a mandate to empower vulnerable communities in Uganda. It is a unique force demonstrating that everyone can contribute to the realization of sustainable development goals (SDGs)

By volunteering with us, you will have unique chances combining adventure as you experience village life in Uganda, make new connections with our staff and beneficiaries, get immersed into a rural African culture, and contribute to making a difference and impacting hundreds of needy people.
