Bookkeeping Needed! Assist in Financial Tracking for Cyber Non-Profit!

The Center for International Cyber Intelligence is looking for a couple of individuals to maintain and book keep our very small profit loss footprint within a virtual center. The organization is only two years old, but we are 501c3 compliant and need to maintain our financials to stay current and report to stakeholders. We are looking for someone that would be detail oriented, and have experience in Quickbooks Online.

Manage and process vendor invoices to ensure integrity of payments.
Maintain files for vendors including contracts, agreements, etc. within Quickbooks.
Review vendor invoices for accuracy.
Prepare and record all banking transactions.
Research and resolution of discrepancies.
Maintain and storage of financial documents and retention records.
Stay up to date on state and federal regulations that apply to the business operation.
Assist with tax preparation and compliance.

Based in Stephens City, VA, the core mission of the organization is to provide the most advanced and up to date training, support, and knowledge of cybercrime investigations methodology, techniques, and resources to investigators, analysts, students, and support personnel throughout the world. This includes training and certification in cybercrime investigations, resources for investigations, and support to law enforcement, information technology, and private agencies around the globe.
