  • Must be at least 18
  • Respond to baseline survey (10-15 minutes), learn yoga tools (30 minutes), practice these tools daily (17 minutes) and respond to weekly survey (10 minutes) for 3-month.
  • Undergraduates in U.S. 4- year colleges/universities.
