The Golden Farmers Market needs volunteers to help us ensure a safe and pleasant market experience for shoppers and vendors alike!
Our team of Market Movers assists the Market Manager, market team, and vendors with set-up and breakdown. All physical labor with mostly heavy lifting: set up tents, set out barricades and road/traffic signs, load equipment, move tables, and general event set-up. The morning shift of dedicated volunteers arrives at 6:30 am to help us set up. The final shift will be the breakdown crew helps us bring everything back to normal, leaving no trace.
We have great perks! Golden Farmers Market volunteers receive a free Volunteer T-shirt, a free bag of veggies from Miller Farms, and a free breakfast burrito from Ramon's Burritos.
