CAFY Peer Support Navigator: Be the extra support to a peer moving through the journey to a survivor. Be that additional listening ear, identify unmet needs, and offer support and kindness. The PSV will work closely with Case Managers and survivors being the mentor and assistant helping survivors. The PSV will be the link helping survivors regain their independence within the community.

The Peer Support Navigator offers all of these services to CAFY clients based upon the needs of the clients and staff.

  • Training will be provided.
  • Skills needed include compassion and a heart to serve.
  • PSV will partner with case managers ensuring survivors' voices are heard.

Interested in some HEART work, join this new team of volunteers. 10-15 hours per month is all you need. PSV much attend training also.
