Our organization wants to help all students thrive and reduce obstacles. Our end goal is holistically healthy adults who feel confident in their abilities and contributions and are gainfully employed. We focus on serving students with emotional and learning disabilities, reducing systemic racism, and finding high impact solutions to deeply entrenched education issues.

We are looking for volunteers to help us with our donor, volunteer, and client relationships. We want to refine our communication and systems so we stay in touch and meet our customer needs.

The ideal volunteer is familiar with customer satisfaction processes, good at identifying ideal customer profiles, and values inclusiveness, collaboration, and consideration. Our ideal volunteer is a self-starter who will work independently most of the time.
