The Habitat for Humanity Kansas City workforce is made up of hundreds of skilled and unskilled volunteers from all walks of life. These volunteers are the driving force behind all of Habitat's efforts. They build the homes, work with the selected families, raise funds, participate on committees, serve on the Board of Directors, speak to support groups and manage the office. In short, they make the dream of home ownership a reality for those in need.

There are several volunteer opportunities at Habitat for Humanity Kansas City. Volunteers can work onsite with the construction of homes. Construction skills are helpful, but not necessary.
If you have minor home repair skills, we need volunteers to work in our minor home repair program.
Volunteers can also serve on committees and work in our office.
Annually, over 3,000 volunteers are involved with Kansas City Habitat. We would love for you to join this amazing group of volunteers!
