Program coordinator will coordinate virtual events:

Monthly Let's Talk About It sessions
VIRTUAL sessions where individuals who were diagnosed with mental health issues and are in recovery share their journey. Mental health providers will address the stressors and triggers that caused the onset of illness. Guest speakers will discuss a variety of topics that affect mental health. One speaker per month. Topics: Nutrition, exercise, finances, self love, etc. Attendees may ask questions.

Rallies
"I Choose To Live" Rally - Virtual suicide awareness and prevention rally in September. September is national suicide prevention month. Speakers, celebrities, survivors of suicide attempts, family members who lost love ones to suicide. Entertainment. Virtual rallies on Facebook Live.
