Premium Hospice is searching for people who know how to sew to help make memory bears or pillows out of pieces of patients clothing. The goal would be to give our patient family member/caregivers a memory bear or pillow that they can keep and treasure as they remember their loved one.

Volunteer would create the memory bears/ pillows from your home.

Volunteers are an vital part of the hospice team. By being a hospice volunteer, you can gain great personal satisfaction from knowing that you have made an impact in another person’s life and in your community.

  • Background Check
  • Must be at least 18
  • Orientation or Training
  • Turn around time from when volunteer is given materials to family receiving the item should be 30-45 days. This is flexible.
  • Must have own sewing machine and other tools necessary to create a pillow case or bear. Material for project will provided by patients family.
