Lone Star Wheelers is participating in North Texas Giving Day which takes place on September 17th. We are looking for the following support:
- Recruiting matching funds donors
- Distributing pre-written e-letter from the founder
- Raising awareness of our program and North Texas Giving Day
- Sharing of Facebook and Instagram posts from the "30 Days of Thankfulness" social media campaign that starts on August 1st
- Thanking donors

Mission Statement
Lone Star Wheelers is a free community service that provides safe and enjoyable wheelchair bicycle joyrides for the sick, elderly, and disabled to get out of isolation and into fresh air and sunshine.
Description
The logistics of the ride are simple. There is a trained volunteer pilot pedaling and steering, a passenger securely fastened for the ride, and a volunteer to ride a bike alongside the wheelchair bike.
