With the recent murder of
George Floyd, there has
been a reawakening of the
BLM movement and
promising effort to combat
racism against Black people.

At VAV, We always promote a culture of inclusion and acceptance for a better community. While others adopt an attitude of revenge to fight against racism, we shift our energy to find the real roots of black neighborhood vulnerability to decrease the circle of poverty.

In VAV's work to support marginalized women in their journey to retirement, there is a duty to ensure that Black Women receive equitable support due to the systemic racism they have faced.

We are looking for the volunteers with a background in marketing, communication, copywriting and editing ,grant writing, social media management to help us plan and implement a crowdfunding campaign on behalf of our unfortunate Black women nearing retirement.
