We have lots of supplies to give out but we need some help! We give out masks, health supplies AND MORE on Sundays in front of our church from 2:30 to 4 pm. We need people to help pack bags and to give out the bags. We supply the gloves, masks and spirit of making a difference!

To improve the quality of life for people of color in low- income communities through transformational events, workshops, business development with a focus on health and wellness. Our goals are to provide many solutions to reducing severe health disparities that exist in people of color. We are building a mountain retreat so people in the inner city can have a place where they can go to change environment and change lifestyle, practice healthier eating habits, exercise, practice yoga, do deep breathing, meditation and de-stress. Thank you for volunteering and or making a donation to help us fulfil our mission.
