If you're looking for a way to bring members of your organization together, volunteering at Second Harvest Food Bank is the perfect way to do just that - and to help out your local community while having fun!

Group volunteer opportunities are scheduled on an individual basis and in advance to ensure the best use of time. We require a minimum 2 weeks’ notice in order to plan for these events. Large groups can either volunteer at our warehouse or choose to adopt a Mobile Fresh distribution day - both provide wonderful team building opportunities. We can accommodate groups of between 8-30 people for these opportunities.

Organizing and running a food drive or fundraiser in your local community is another great way to volunteer your time as a group while helping out those in need! With COVID-19 restrictions in place, we can also work with you to set up virtual versions of either.

To schedule group volunteer days or to set up a food drive/fundraiser, please contact Dalia at daliahernandez@secondharvest.org or 209-239-2091. You can also fill out an interest form on our Flipcause page: https://www.flipcause.com/secure/cause_pdetails/Njc5OTA=.

We're excited to work with you!
