The Gallery Coordinator is responsible for coordinating multiple exhibits and functions within the Gallery Committee, a key area delivering on the museum’s mission. They are an an integral part of the NCAC team, facilitating all administrative aspects of the installations and exhibitions in the Arts Off the Square Gallery, with the goal of creating and implementing exhibits and installations that inform, engage, surprise and delight our guests.

Key areas of coordination include creating, tracking and maintaining multiple project schedules, coordinating with artists and committee members for jurying of artist work, setting up/hanging work for display, coordination and implementation of gallery opening receptions and associated functions, and facilitating the teams’ forward movement.

Financial tracking of gallery items for sale, including tracking consignment payments and inputting items the an online store.
