Our one-day distribution will include providing eligible households with a box of food from The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP).
We are looking for about 20-35 volunteers per shift. Volunteer opportunities include helping direct traffic, registering clients for food, packing dry or frozen items, and distributing food to people's vehicles. We will be outside. Please see below for time frames available, and other requirements including volunteer registration. Once registration is complete, we will send you an email asking what shift you can work. When you confirm your shift, we will send another email with parking and check in instructions.
We will have a supply of masks and gloves. Teenagers 14+ are welcome to volunteer if an adult guardian goes with them. Please do not volunteer if you have been exposed to/ have COVID-19 or are experiencing symptoms such as runny nose, sore throat, cough, fever and/ or difficulty breathing.
