We are seeking a dedicated Program Development Volunteer to work closely with the Director in expanding our current youth programs to reach more young people. This role will involve supporting the development and enhancement of existing initiatives, ensuring they effectively serve a larger audience.

Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with the Director to identify opportunities for program growth and outreach.

* Assist in developing strategies to expand current programs to serve more youth.

* Support the evaluation and improvement of program content and delivery.

* Help gather feedback from participants to inform program development.

Qualifications:

* Strong communication and organizational skills.

* Interest in youth development and program design.

* Ability to collaborate effectively with leadership and the broader team.
