Human Resources Director. Primarily a volunteer from home role. This person should have held a postion of leadership in the human resources sector. They should be able to demonstrate expertise in HR and dedicate some time on Mondays to come alongside the team in person in Sherman, TX. The condidate must also posess an understanding of the needs of missionaries and the uniqueness of having employees all over the world. Knowledge of or willingness to learn the IRS reporting requirements of missionaries and the effect those requirements have on both the organization and the missionaries is essential . How do we serve?

  • community development training
  • construction of housing/sanitation/educational facilities
  • medical missions
  • natural disaster and emergency relief
  • orphan and widow care
  • refugee camps
  • sports camps
  • teaching ESL
