We do a lot with our community and we need someone who can get the messages out to the public in a positive fashion.
Someone that can work independently and add a positive tone to the care center.

Mission Statement
The mission of Hi-Tor Animal Care Center is to provide temporary care and shelter to lost, abandoned, and unwanted companion animals. In addition, we try to meet the challenge of helping both youth and adults realize and actively promote kindness to all living beings. To this end Hi-Tor receives domestic animals and provides a viable humane education program, both on and off premises.
