3D Character Artist- Job Description - Haiti Now

Haiti- Now is dedicated to empowering Haitian girls living in domestic servitude to overcome poverty and exploitation to achieve economic security.

"Your first assignment will be to start a fundraising campaign. Haiti Now will provide further guidance for you to have a quick and successful fundraiser."

Role brief:
We need a candidate who can use Reallusion software pack to create 10 characters, add animation and export them to Unreal Engine.We are looking for a creative 3D Character Artist who can volunteer to develop excellent 3D character design and animation . Your work will give life to our architectural drawings.

Required Skills / Software
Skills:
Be able to use Reallusion character creator and iClone, create a character, add rig and apply various animations and export to Unreal Engine
Software:
Reallusion Character Creator
Reallusion Character iClone
or
Any 3D character design and animation software
Unreal Engine (Not required but having knowledge is a plus)
Minimum volunteer hours expected: 5-10 hrs. per week
Fluent in spoken and written English, able to communicate clearly and consistently
Reliable internet connection a must.

Responsibilities
Incorporate technical, artistic, basic understanding of animation, and Experience in 3D character design.
Ability to learn high to low poly pipelines and to take feedback
Strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment
Passion and desire to create


Qualifications
Proven experience in 3D Character Artist ,film or games
Ability to model characters in a range of styles with an emphasis on character design
Hard-surface modeling skills
Drawing, sculpting, and other traditional art skills a plus
Take pride in and personal ownership of your work.
Contribute directly to both the conceptual thinking behind and the physical creation of detailed, high-quality products.
Nice To Have Skills
Experience with Substance Designer, Substance Painter, and Marvelous Designer
