Opportunity to receive training on diverse ideas to support patients and families who need hospice care. We are looking for a volunteer for an eighty-year-old male hospice patient that is a veteran. The patient wishes to sit and speak with an individual that doesn't mind engaging and listening to their experiences. The patient enjoys watching animal documentaries along with hunting and fishing. We are hoping to have a volunteer who has experience with veterans and is above the age of 40+.
If you are someone or know an individual that fits this description please feel free to reach out at our office at (832) 532-7953. The patient is in the Richmond, TX area and is looking for a volunteer to come once a week on Thursday mornings. We prefer that the volunteer spend at least an hour as well.

Hospice Agency located in the greater Houston area suburb, and are looking for committed people who are compassionate, and have a heart to give back to people with a life-limiting illness. We are a small start up hospice who are looking to build a strong volunteer program that is focused on patient care. We have alinged ourselves with other social services agencies in an effort to become a community hospice program.
