Help keep our kennels and surgery clinic areas clean! This is a big help to our busy veterinary staff at the end of a long day. You'll also get to see some of the cute pets that are in for surgery!
Volunteers must:
- have good mobility/ability to bend, crouch, reach, lift, etc.
- be able to cope with loud sounds, strong smells, and possibly seeing pets under/waking from anesthesia.
- be able to self-direct and complete work in a timely, efficient manner.
This is a "drop-in" opportunity! No previous volunteer experience and no orientation is required. Volunteer one time, or a few times.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR DROP-IN VOLUNTEERING:
1. You must call/email at least one day ahead.

3. Include your full name (First, MI, Last), birth date (mm/dd/yyyy), the day you want to volunteer, and the job you want to volunteer for.

Description
Pet Resource Center of Kansas City is a 501c3 non-profit organization formed in 2002. We're the only targeted spay neuter program in the Greater Kansas City area, working to help all families in need regardless of financial means. Our unique approach provides exceptional customer service and high standards of care through commitment to our core values.
We educate and assist families to improve their pet's quality of life, increase the animal-human-bond and make long term positive impacts in our community and animal welfare.
We pride ourselves in acknowledging our diverse community with a non-judgmental and compassionate approach. Our programs target families who need assistance with education, wellness, and resources to help their pets live a long, healthy and happy life.
