Website Design and Development Volunteer
Looking for something fulfilling to do during these turbulent times? Want to work with an organization dedicated to helping an underserved population?
Disability Partnerships is a Maryland-based nonprofit organization dedicated to the mission of improving the quality of life of individuals with physical disabilities. Our primary objectives are to significantly increase the availability of affordable, accessible housing for disabled individuals both locally and nationally and improve the health and wellness of persons with physical disabilities.
The website design and development volunteer will be instrumental in updating the current Disability Partnerships website. The website is built on the GoDaddy platform but needs a competent web designer to help potentially move to a new platform and refresh the design to make it more appealing to members of the disability community as well as potential donors, board members, and interested stakeholders and community members.
Disability Partnerships is seeking a volunteer for the summer of 2020 to help expand our website presence and drive traffic to our site. For more information, please email tmgallman@disabilitypartnerships.org.

Description
Disability Partnerships is a community-based 501c3 non-profit organization that seeks to provide support with the social, health and economic issues that are often faced by persons living with a physical disability. We use a partner relationship model to draw upon proven techniques and find solutions to the social problem of physical disability.
