Education & Empowerment serves people with disabilities. But we are not electronically savvy. We really need help to deploy our timekeeping system (you teach others how to use the oversized electronic tablets), archiving tons of scanned paperwork, computer (hardware and software) maintenance and so much more.
You must be at least 18 years old and occasionally use your own vehicle to drive from site to site within Polk County. Your time commitment is very flexible as well as your schedule. Consistent weekly hours is preferable. Our office is located at 1134 1 st Street South, Winter Haven, FL, 33880. Most of your time will be spent at the office. We are able to certify community services hours. And volunteering looks really good on an application for school or a job.
