Please note our current policy-All American Red Cross Volunteers are required to wear all personal protective equipment (PPE) that is provided to the volunteer by the American Red Cross.
The purpose of this position is to perform Mass Care readiness and capacity building activities needed to
enable effective service delivery (in a disaster response).
The Red Cross is looking for team members that would like to Prepare, Respond and help our clients Recovery from a major natural disaster. This opportunity will have the option to deploy to other regions or stay local when needed in your community. During Hurricane Katrina and Hurricane Michael the Red Cross deployed hundreds of volunteers to help our clients. Contact marlene.sweda@redcross.org for more information.
