REQUIREMENTS

  • Background Check
  • Must be at least 18
  • Orientation or Training
  • During a disaster, volunteer/s would need to be able to commit to 6 or 12 hour shifts while the shelter is open.
  • Volunteers will be trained on: 1.) Disaster Cycle Services: An Overview, 2.) Mass Care: An Overview (Required) 3.) Fundamental courses for all Mass Care activities strongly recommended.
