Community angels are community members who demonstrate the kindness, dedication, and the desire to work with and advocate for OPFC students in professional and community based settings. Above all, they are individuals who believe in our program and want to assist in our mission. They help with everything from inviting OPFC students and graduates to events that foster networking, civic engagement, and sense of community. May also include providing opportunities for career awareness/exploration, cultural events, and professional development by partnering with our career services department as an employee recruitment event participant, career information session host, internship site host, or a guest speaker at one of our men’s and women’s mentoring and empowerment events.
