Volunteers work in conjunction with other members of the hospice team. They are under the supervision of the Volunteer Coordinator who provides support and resources to equip the volunteer.
Administrative duties include:
* Answer telephones and route calls to appropriate staff
* Take accurate messages and routes them to appropriate staff
* Provides limited information regarding agency service
