Mission Statement

Engaged Arizona is committed to registering, educating, and connecting voters across Arizona to create lasting civic engagement and positive change throughout the state.

Description

Engaged Arizona was founded in 2020 by Bradley Reece, a young activist from Arizona, who believed in the importance of voting and recognized the positive impacts that civic engagement can have on today's society. Now, Engaged Arizona is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that is committed to registering, educating, and connecting voters of all backgrounds, races, religions, ethnic origins, sexes, and orientations and seeks to promote equal access to the ballot in a non-partisan form.

The organization has worked with federal, state, and local candidates to develop a "get-to-know-you" approach so that voters can learn about the policy positions, beliefs, and motivations of candidates prior to casting their ballot on election day. It has also been a proponent of voter registration, especially for young adults across Arizona.
