Director & Cinematographer for Younity Educational Projects
Job Overview: Looking for experienced directors/cinematographers to lead segments within a series of fine arts film training workshops our advanced level students. Teaching them practical skills and helping them develop visually appealing material for their digital portfolios. Candidates should be passionate about filmmaking and excited about sharing their skills. Now planning for the following workshops, each of these will have a sponsor (not yet selected) that we may incorporate based on relevance to the concept and the educational impact on the project:
- Flowers Everywhere
- Building and Filming inside of a 180 degree floral box
- Snakes and Statues
- Basic Animal Handling, featuring several snakes partnered with small and mid sized statuary
- Studio Environment
- Smoke & Mirrors
- Black box environment
- using air circulation equipment partnered with pigment powders, and colored smoke to visualize airflow
- using lighting and reflection to accentuate the coloring agents
- Underwater
- Shooting with underwater casings
- Filming underwater models
- Ocean
- Above Water | Filming on the same day as the underwater shoot
- Exploring Natural Lighting

Wings of destiny began as an events based international peace advocacy program generally held in Israel. Through relationships developed on these projects they have been transitioning over the last year to focus on contributions made through the media while retaining an annual documentary film program in Israel, the Young & Emerging Leaders Program. This transition includes partnership arrangement with production companies around the world created under the mutual purpose of generating unbiased, altruistic, macro & globally focused, documentary & content filmmaking. Projects feature: St Jude Children’s Research Center, Hadassah Medical Center, MADRE, the World Health Organization, the Fistula Foundation, and more.
