The Alameda County Food Bank is in desperate need of volunteers to help support their collaboration with Amazon Flex!
We need 2-4 community volunteers to assist the on-site staff coordinator with placing boxes into the trunks and back seats of amazon delivery cars.
Duties include lifting and moving boxes (around 15lbs. each), opening and closing car doors, etc. Gloves are provided on-site. The cars generally come in waves every hour, so there is ample time for breaks.
