Jewish Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Boston

  • 1 person is interested

Seeking a Big Sister with experience in working with youth with special needs! Sabrina is an outgoing, fun , and vibrant girl who lives in Canton. Sabrina would be so excited to have someone with whom she could bake, cook, go out to eat, do arts and crafts, and go bowling! She would also love to have a generous, kind , fun Big who is an animal-lover and enjoys doing art. Sabrina struggles with a condition that impacts her coordination as well as her ability to connect socially. She could especially benefit from having a Big Sister whom she could trust and confide in, as well as help her navigate social situations and develop key social skills. Someone who has experience or is open to working with children with special needs would be a great fit.

Matches meet twice a month, mostly on weekends, for a year. Bigs, Littles, and their families will also get to know our amazing Clinical Match Specialists who will provide support throughout the match! For now, matches are meeting virtually with great success.

CHANGE A LIFE and be a part of the JBBBS family! Jewish and non-Jewish volunteers welcome.
