Prime Hospice is looking for volunteers to help with administrative tasks in our office and from HOME. Volunteers are the heart of our Hospice organization. Some of the administrative tasks that volunteers can assist with are:
- Filing
- Data Entry
- Creating Brochures
- Writing letters to patients
- Mailing out cards
- Bereavement phone calls and letters
- Packing supplies
- Delivering supplies to patient homes
- Organizing paperwork

Prime Hospice has the vision to enhance the end-of-life experience, bring peace and restoration for our patients and families. Our goal is to ensure that patients receive the best possible care and compassion from our team members including our volunteers. Volunteers are the heart of hospice as they are there for the patient and family during their time of need. Our volunteers assist patients in everyday tasks including: companionship, listening ear, help with light house work, playing games, reading to patients, playing games, running errands, grocery shopping and being a friendly face. Volunteers that wish to help within out office can complete filing, data entry, mailing out letters, making phone calls, and other administrative help.

- Driver's License Needed
- Background Check
- Must be at least 16
- Orientation or Training
- 1-4 hours a week
- Volunteers are required to pass a drug test (or provide proof of medical marijuana card), complete and Tb screening, complete training and orientation prior to working with patients. Only volunteers who are 18 + may visit directly with patients.
