At Mary’s Home, ensuring physical and emotional safety for the residents is our highest value. Mary’s Home is currently looking to build a Volunteer Property Team to ensure that the resident families and staff members have the protection that they need to thrive. We are looking for professional and trustworthy individuals to help carry out the weekly operations on the Mary’s Home site alongside the Volunteer Property Manager. Tasks include, but are not limited to, securing premises, helping to coordinate with outside vendors, and helping as able with plumbing, vehicle maintenance, and simple apartment repair needs.
* Be able to work 4 hour shifts with the Volunteer Property Manager on Fridays at least twice a month
* Availability to assist when emergency needs come up is preferred
Our volunteer application process includes a virtual tour, application, references, volunteer handbook receipt & acknowledgement, interview, and background check.
Dream Centers Mary's Home: Providing a long-term, in-depth supportive housing program helping single mothers permanently exit homelessness.
Dream Centers Women's Clinic: Offering free integrated health care for uninsured & underinsured women & teen women.

Description
We began in 2011 with the Dream Centers Women's Clinic. We serve women ages 13-64, with a focus on GYN health. The Women’s Clinic is the only free clinic in the area that offers medical care specializing in women’s health. Women who experience poverty and homelessness often skip preventative care and ignore dangerous symptoms due to the high cost and not knowing where to turn. We care for thousands of women a year.
In 2015 Dream Centers Mary's Home opened.
Mary’s Home is a long term (2-5 years) supportive housing community that helps women and their children 7 years old and younger break free from the cycles of poverty and homelessness. Most of the Mary’s Home residents have experienced physical, sexual, or emotional abuse. Mary's Home is a high challenge, high support program that focuses on safety, stability, education, and career preparation. Mary’s Home mothers have a structured daily schedule of case management, therapy, and life skills courses that promote safety, security, health, character, and skills for future success.
