Seeking a Friend (21+) for Yasamin, a woman in her 20s who has a developmental disability and is working hard to develop skills and increase her independence. Yasamin’s friends describe her as immensely thoughtful and caring, and she enjoys shopping, getting her nails done, going to the beach, watching movies, and going to concerts! Yasamin also hopes for a Friend with whom she can go out for coffee and frozen yogurt.

Yasamin could benefit from having a Friend in her 30s who has a car, as she would need to be picked up and dropped off for for an activity. Matches meet once or twice a month for a year, and our amazing Clinical Match Specialists will provide match support to help your friendship succeed!

Be a part of the JBBBS family and make a huge impact on Yasamin’s life. Jewish and non-Jewish volunteers welcome and no experience working with people with disabilities required.
