The Salvation Army Minneapolis Adult Rehabilitation Center is a long-term, residential rehabilitation program, providing services in the areas of alcohol and drug addiction recovery on a pay-as-you-can basis. Up to 130 men can be served at any given time, with graduation after six to 12 months.
Volunteers who are looking to share specialized skills or interests can participate monthly on a Tuesday evening during our Exit Planning Program for those nearing graduation. Below are some of the skills we are looking to share with our graduates:

Budgeting
Job Search training
Health Care

The Salvation Army offers social services and recreational programs with the goal of addressing specific physical, emotional, spiritual, and social needs of each family, individual, child/youth, or elderly person. Services provided include, but not limited to: emergency food shelves, school supply programs, rental/utility assistance, educational programs, outreach to the homeless, family and youth camping, community center programs, Christmas assistance programs, nursing home visitations, corrections programs, and disaster services.
