If you love connecting with neighbors and want to support Lakeview businesses, volunteering at Dine Out is the perfect opportunity for you! Dine Out West Lakeview will reclaim side streets and private spaces along the Southport Corridor and Lincoln Avenue to create outdoor dining rooms that will be shared by multiple restaurants, similar to a food hall. Volunteers will greet guests, answer questions, assign guests to an open table and manage a wait list. Volunteer shift times will be approximately 4 hours long on Fridays - Sundays. We will require volunteers to wear a mask and keep a 6' physical distance from guests.
Our shift times are as follows:
Fridays: 4:30-10pm
Saturdays: 8:30am-1:30pm, 1pm-6pm & 5:30pm-10pm,
Sundays: 8:30am-1:30pm, 1pm-6pm & 5:30pm-10pm

Special Service Area 27 (SSA 27) works to make Lakeview a neighborhood where people wish to live, linger, and long to return.

Our service area is from Diversey on the South, to Irving Park Rd on the North, and Ravenswood on the West, to Racine on the East.
