So many residents of nursing facilities are unable to see outside the walls of the community in which they live. The most many have to divert their thoughts are their memories, which for many are fading. This is especially true of the hospice patients we care for.

Imagine what joy you could bring to their lives with a colorful painting of a scene from nature, or a sketch of a favorite pet taken from a photo! THese pieces of art, whether paint, watercolor, sketch, etc. can be small.

If you provide the talent, we will supply the supplies!

Our agency provides supportive, compassionate palliative care given at the end of life. Our goal is that our patients live their last days with dignity and quality of life by managing pain and symptoms while surrounded by their loved ones. Description

Freedom Hospice offers hospice service in the Dallas/ Fort Worth, Cleburne, San Antonio and other extended areas around those locations.

Hospice care is managed through a medically directed interdisciplinary team approach. Our team provides the patient and family with the best possible compassionate care. The interdisciplinary team develops a patient specific plan of care for each individual.

The hospice team consists of physicians, nurses, social workers, nursing assistants, chaplains, bereavement coordinators, volunteer coordinators and trained hospice volunteers.
