Volunteer From Home!!!
Old Colony Hospice
Volunteers are the very heart of hospice care and the time spent with patients is truly treasured. During these challenging times, it has become increasingly difficult to do that, but here at Old Colony Hospice we still have some volunteering opportunities to help our patients and their families while being safe!
- Cooking light meals for our patient at the Ruth McLain Hospice Home (can cook at own home)
- Light gardening at the Ruth McLain Hospice Home
- Crocheting hearts (for patients who reside in facilities)
- Bereavement calls to family members
