Grane Hospice Care is recruiting Veterans to Join our Vet to Vet Program. As partners of the We Honor Veterans Program, we understand that Veterans have unique needs at the end of life.
Veteran volunteers can offer support to Veteran patients by being a companion. Playing cards, reminiscing about time served, socializing. Assisting with pining and certificate recognition. Veterans day ceremonies and no one dies alone program. However you choose to serve.....is beyond special!
If you are a Veteran and you would like to make a difference in the lives of fellow Veterans, please contact
