Brief Description of the Position:

We are looking for an experienced Front-End Web Developer/ UX Designer who loves WordPress and is interested in working in new and exciting sustainable social influencer marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and has great attention to detail. The role will frequently collaborate with other cross-functional team members. Graphic design and UX intuition/experience desired. The web dev team is small requiring the ideal candidate to wear many hats.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Build, test, deploy and maintain web pages and mobile applicationsCreate online graphics (educational and influencer landing pages, banners, social media skins, email newsletter graphics) to be utilized across channels

Write clean, efficient, well-documented code with HTML5/ CSS/ JavaScript

Lead Interactive / UI development for new projects

Architect and develop front-end for responsive mobile and web applications and templates

Work with a cross-functional team comprising of web development, digital marketing, social media and content managers and others to seamlessly transition designs into deployment to promote SSV’s brand

Stay abreast of modern web/mobile technologies and build processes

Other projects and responsibilities as assigned

Qualities and Skills/Experience:

A minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience in website, UX/UI Development, front end development

Experience with HTML5, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)

Experience in making recommendations for improving website performance

Experience in social marketing or influencer marketing a bonus

Experience working in B2B and/or B2C is a bonus
