During these uncertain times, how can we help?
See below to access our COVID-19 Resource Hub, and to explore our growing directory of COVID-19-specific and virtual volunteering opportunities.
In response to COVID-19, Central California Food Bank is focusing volunteer efforts in our distribution center. Volunteers will be packing emergency meals or bagging produce for distribution to our community.
It’s understandable that there are concerns about volunteering at this point. And individuals should consider their own health and well-being before deciding whether to volunteer.
In keeping with CDC guidance, we ask that people with serious underlying medical conditions or exhibiting symptoms of any illness, anyone who has traveled internationally, and/or is in any other high-risk group stay home at this time.
Dress Code: Due to safety concerns, all volunteers must wear closed-toed shoes (no sandals or flip flops), sleeved shirts (no tank tops), and facial coverings.
