When it comes to recruiting, it's a candidate's job market, so the search for top talent is one of HR's biggest challenges. Prospect must have strong problem-solving skills and be able to develop a strategic plan that builds/reinforces company branding and the recruiting process. Will report to the VP of Teammate Success.

Candidate must have a G.E.D. or a high school diploma and be experienced with recruiting. Tenured work experience will be accepted in lieu of a college degree.

Qualifications

• Capable of building rapport with people of all ages and walks of life
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, excellent with time management, efficient and service focused
• Ability to maintain discretion (confidentiality agreement is required). Ability to be discreet with respect for privacy
• Professional presentation of self and great personality
• Ability to develop and maintain solid working relationships with service providers, contractors and vendors
• Ability to work collaboratively with coworkers and oversee projects
• Ability to easily take direction
• Strong ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
• Strong technology skills and experienced working with Macintosh
• Positive attitude and ability to handle position with ease and calm demeanor
