One of HR's greatest responsibilities is building and maintaining a strong workplace culture. So, we need to hire a designated culture geek to ensure everything is running smoothly, and that people are happy where they are. Prospect must be able to multitask and learn quickly on their feet. Will be responsible for managing and monitoring the hiring of candidates for five diverse company departments. Position will be one that will keep you on your toes, and give you an opportunity to grow and develop as a professional. Culture & Geek Resource Manager will report to the Chief Vibes Officer.

Prospect must be a people person and be able to apply knowledge from prior work experience to projects that are assigned to them. In addition to assisting with the procurement of quality candidates and supplies, the resource manager will assist with retention and must have strong problem-solving skills.

Candidate must have a G.E.D. or a high school diploma and be experienced with recruiting. Tenured work experience will be accepted in lieu of a college degree.

Qualifications

  • Capable of building rapport with people of all ages and walks of life
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, excellent with time management, efficient and service focused
  • Ability to maintain discretion (confidentiality agreement is required). Ability to be discreet with respect for privacy
  • Professional presentation of self and great personality
  • Ability to develop and maintain solid working relationships with service providers, contractors and vendors
  • Ability to work collaboratively with coworkers and oversee projects
  • Ability to easily take direction
  • Strong ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
  • Strong technology skills and experienced working with Macintosh
  • Positive attitude and ability to handle position with ease and calm demeanor
