We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the world. You will need strong interpersonal skills, as much of your job requires interacting with volunteers and a team of dedicated equine professionals of a nonprofit organization. You will need excellent leadership skills to train and team-build with new volunteers. A background in therapeutic riding, equine therapies, or horses preferred.

Rocky Mountain Riding Therapy is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit therapeutic horseback riding center located in Boulder, CO. We work with children and adults with a variety of physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges, providing therapy and recreational opportunities that involve interaction with horses.
