Help Students Develop a Love of Reading

Schools reopened last year but students are still recovering from the effects of a year away from the classroom. Navigating the transition from virtual to in-person learning has been challenging, particularly for students who were already struggling in school. Students right now need an additional someone to help them improve their skills, particularly in reading.

The San Francisco Education Fund is recruiting volunteers to tutor our public school students in just that. By working one-on-one with a student, you can help them improve their reading ability and boost their confidence. Become a tutor and help elementary school children develop a love of reading, and inspire a new generation of learners!

Sign up for one of our next virtual trainings in January or February!
