Every Thursday in October we're going to Move & Grove! This fun and educational program will provide youth and adults (ages 13+) with the basics of dance and creative movement to develop balance and coordination, build confidence and self-esteem while having fun.
This program is for youth and adults of all abilities and will offer participants opportunities to hone their social skills, help improve health, coordination, balance, sensory processing, gross motor skills and following directions.
Volunteers for this program should be at least 18 years old. Assistance with setting up the environment pre-class and post class break down will be required. During the program, you may assist with encouraging participants, or being a friendly support for them.
No dance experience is required. Clothing should be non-restrictive to allow for comfortable participation.

The Volunteer Program offers flexible hours and works with your schedule! Applications are accepted year-round, and volunteers may choose to work in one location, or move throughout the county. Opportunities vary based on the needs of each location
