We’re excited to announce that applications are open to join the Board of Smile Train’s Young Leadership Circle! If you are ready to join a group of young professionals across the US who share your passion for philanthropy, global health , and making kids smile, this may be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for .
YLC Board Members serve a one -year term, attend quarterly meetings, and assist with planning fundraising events. They also have the chance to attend our annual YLC Board Conference in NYC , in addition to other exclusive benefits throughout the year.

Smile Train is an international children’s charity that provides 100%-free cleft repair surgery and comprehensive cleft care to children in 85+ developing countries. Our sustainable model empowers local doctors to provide cleft care in their own communities.

- Board Members will serve a 1-year term from July 1, 2021 to June 30th, 2022. Board Members are required to participate in 3 board meetings
- Board Members must complete required Give, Get, or Grow to the equivalent of $1,000 *An additional fundraising goal of $4,000 will qualify Board Members to visit our partners in the field
